Recent reviews

I have to uninstall and reinstall any time I want to log into my unit. I have tried all the steps with customer care but this is the only thing that works. It shows up on my list to connect to, can click on it and it thinks and does nothing and try again and still nothing. Uninstall it and reinstall, and I can log in to the unit till the next time I want to check it's settings

It STILL lacks the most basic feature: On/Off. I want the unit to be on 24/7/365, yet the app doesn't support this. Seriously. In 2025. I already submitted this feedback directly - several times - and received no response. It's also slow, and I know this because I have to use the app in the first place. A simple wall switch for my QuietCool fan would have been preferable.
