Recent reviews

Feels like an unfinished app (or one thrown together without any effort). No notifications to my device when new messages arrive. Basic app functionality like auto-capitqlizing the first letter in a new sentence doesn't work, which is wildly frustrating. 2 stars because I can at least communicate through it at a bare minimum level.

Multiple problems just to login. Starting the app doesn't always make agent available. Features are very limited. UI is badly designed, I had to contact support to work out how to use it. For context, I'm a software developer. Support was good but still a poor experience.
