Recent reviews

Most gyms are outdoor workout groups in my area, distorting the of number of gyms. Checkin not possible at all sports venues. The manual receipt process is bad: All credentials ( email, name, bank account details) need to be entered every time. These should be stored in the profile. Also, very sketchy wording regarding receipts such as "receipts need to be collected monthly". Forget that. I will register every single receipt. Many venues charge extra, so additional costs are likely.

Excellent product. Poor customer support. Certainly the best privilege offered by my company. If you like being active, a must-have. Opens doors to so many options. Only glitch is my experience with customer support. A recent change in Wellpass resulted in me not being able to go to some studios. Has been over a month since I raised the issue and it's still pending despite repeated followups. A shame since it's the studio I went to almost daily.
