It helps to keep me motivated.

It contains lots of information that I do not need at all. And I can't find basic information about my workout plan. Eg. What plan I am on? What phase I am doing now? How long is a phase? What is the next phase? How to change plans? Poor UX design. This app is just annoying. A little update... It's getting worse and worse. Guys, you really need to think the use cases for this app over. Also, it's time to hire a UX designer. I wish I could give a -1 rating.
