Pros

Wide variety of available activities and gyms, providing many options without needing a gym membership.

Very good and friendly customer support that is responsive and helpful.
Improvement over time with bugs being fixed compared to early versions.

Frequent bugs causing app crashes, freezing, and crashing especially during important steps like booking or logging in.
Poor or unintuitive user experience (UX) with confusing flows and occasional slow performance.
Issues with login requiring users to log in repeatedly or account problems, including blocked accounts and inability to register individually.
Problems with scheduling features, such as date bugs, inability to schedule consecutive days, and unclear credits system causing confusion and dissatisfaction.

The class that I book has been closed 3 times recently. They send an email to gymlib but the same info is not passed on to me. After getting there, I have to take pictures and claim back my credits, but am more annoyed by the time wasted to go there and the planning it takes
