Recent reviews

I joined this just a few days ago. I've used it twice. The check in wouldn't verify either time, and it was only kindness by the staff that I got to use the facilities. When a staff member tested to see if the Wellhub app was connecting to their system by booking a lesson in (then cancelling at her end) Wellhub then classed this as a no show and locked my ability to book classes unless I pay £14. AI customer service wasn't helpful. I should have read the reviews of this first. Don't do it!

Please remove the slow animations, you see it twice every check in. Also please show the barcode by default, it's an extra step and already fits on the screen that also has a full screen animation for some reason
