2023-12-18	fo*****	I just downloaded the update for the 311 App. Restarted my phone and attempted to access 311 App. I'm taken to a light blue loading screen where I've been waiting 5 minutes. Nothing is happening. This App was working great in 2018. Now it's just junk.

2023-05-02	Ar*****	It doesn't always upload pics and only 1 when it does. Now it just buffers. It's gotten worse. Now it just buffers. Terrible app. Tried again on 5/1/12023 and all it does is buffer. FIX IT!

2023-01-05	No*****	I have removed and reinstalled the app several times, and it won't open on multiple phones. Please fix as the city is constantly referring residents to submit requests through the app and is pointless of having an app that won't even open.

2022-08-08	Ki*****	Typical Oxnard fashion. Based on the comments, app doesn't work with newer phones. They never respond to anything on the app anyways. On a side note, looks like the Accela 311 apps don't work either. Update: after a few uninstall re-installs it seems to work now.

2022-06-12	Lo*****	Pretty much useless. Used to work well. Then the city began to delete requests without explanation. Then the app wouldn't work at all. I wanted to report water waste and couldn't log on. I deleted it. Let the city figure it out on their own.
