Useless. These people are lazy and useless. Anything you report they email you to call or email someone else. What's the point of having this dumb app. This is why philly is so messed up. Because of people like these administrative lazy couch thieves. It's good to get paid for doing nothing isn't it?

Won't Load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this App several times over the past couple of months, and it never works. I have a Samsung A52 phone with plenty of room. It would be convenient if it worked. Then I could report potholes, etc., as I see them instead of waiting till I get to my laptop. I will keep trying every few months to see if the problem gets fixed.
