I just wanna say that I had something happen with my lock. So I Had to cut it off . immediately that day , the facility was calling me. let me just say that these people knew when I accessed my unit, and they also knew when my lot was cut immediately, unlike B And H storage , where everything I had was stolen and not one time did they try and get in contact with me. so I just think that public storage is awesome and I appreciate them looking out .

Tons of homeless living in the building, the garbage app controlled building, "touch free access" nah your app only unlocks elevators you aren't in, forcing you to use the code just like any "touch free access" super inconvenient. standing in elevator 3? OK well unlock #2 but won't open the doors, have fun chillin in #3 until you're forced to punch in the code, nice long code you will mess up and doors that generously give you 3 seconds to act. if I had known I would've canceled my lease day 1.
