App didn't work to open the gate. It kept crashing. Went to the office to address the situation. No luck there. Apparently, the management account works fine to open gates. If that's what works. Maybe it should be used by all.

Most of the time this company is very good and professional other times not so good. They can be somewhat rude at times. I realize everyone has bad days. I would recommend them for storage.
