The main benefit for the app is its use for gates, but it rarely works for any gate access. No matter how many times you try or how close you get to the keypad, there’s a 1 in 5 chance of this app working

The app is riddled with bugs. Constantly have to acknowledge an agreement to sign that I already did. Have to exit out to website then go back into app. Customer service is non existent for tenants. They never answer the phone. Property managers never pick up either.
