I got the app and it literally just shows a white screen and never loads anything..

Do not bother wasting your money with Public Storage. This app is a complete failure — every time I try to login, I am forced to entirely reset my password. Now, the "Access" buttons in the app crash the entire application, making it so you can't get into your unit. Every day I consider storing or retrieving something from storage, I have to wonder in what miraculous way Public Storage will fail me, waste my time, lock me out, and hold my items hostage. Do not give Public Storage your business. It's moments like this I wish we just were given the old fashioned key — literally any kind of manual backup when these applications fail us. God forbid ever storing emergency items in a unit during an outage — you'll never be able to get in.
