2024-05-16	Fl*****	This app should be illegal with how bad it is, for my flight I couldn't change my airport arrival time and it stalled and crash no matter what, which created an incredibly stressful experience. The app insisted that I am arriving at 14:27 for disability help even though my plane is at 10am. Its absolutely awful and they shouldn't have been allowed to make this or even do this.

2024-03-29	To*****	I had a horrible experience on-boarding. I'm photo-phobic and their on-boarding UI is bright white. Inpenetrable to me. Using color inversion on Andoid was ineffective as keyboard ame up the wrong color then. The app also behaved in a bizarre and unusable manner with TalkBack. Terrible for an app for the handicapped (visually impaired in this case). Unusable.

2024-02-13	Jo*****	This app is a mixed experience. I've used it for 8 or so flights in Ireland, UK, France and Spain and got assistance in the airport every time. Big thumbs up for that! However, the app itself isn't very solid - it doesn't always open, sometimes doesn't show updates, won't open links sent by email (eg for feedback). So you can be left feeling anxious about the service not working. All I can say is that it worked in the EU countries I've used it in and I'd recommend it for that.
