2025-01-02	Yu*****	Health insurance claim processing was a terrible experience and this app doesn't work at all while raising the claim. Even if you submit all medical records and invoices with the claim, they usually delay processing it and will reject the claim. I won't suggest it and won't recommend getting personal health insurance or any other type of insurance from them because they won't answer any questions posed by customers as their customer support is atrocious.

2024-12-29	Va*****	This app is not maintained such in a manner it should be after renewal policy should get automatically updated.while on renewal it should go to directly on renewal page .we're as it goes to normal page & process entirely is as normal person . What is the use of app . These enhancement should be done . It is a big company .

2024-12-28	Ra*****	Way too many bugs. Keeps logging me out after every few days. Then, I have to login and reconnect my Google fit with this app. This process takes too much time, and sometimes it doesn't connect even after 5 minutes. I updated this app a couple of days ago, and now I am not able to connect to my Google account because the app is violating some google policy and trying to access some sensitive info.

2024-12-23	Su*****	This app for what ???? Unable to register , track claims. Not responding quickly, it is better to close the app. Money waste for developing app also. Without good maintainence, just for nominally. Worst experience. Due to this I am going to change health insurance also.

On the new window, I need to enter my policy details and confirm with an OTP. What's the point of using the app if I have to do login again ? After multiple attempts, I finally reached the policy details window, but I was unable to make the payment due to a 'Bad Gateway' error.

2024-12-13	Su*****	Can't renew policy. Even after entering Nominee name, getting error 'Please Enter Nominee Name/Please enter valid nominee name' even if everything entered properly. A major blocker as can't complete the renewal at all. Also why do we need to enter 3-4 different OTPs to renew a simple policy?

2024-12-05	Dh*****	To the Team, When selling your dumb service or pleading with clients to purchase it, you should also point out that our features are purely hypothetical and website-based, and we won't assist you when you need them. The fact that you rejected my cashless approval with a stupid reason both surprises and disappoints me. I'm sorry I chose your health plan when there are already so many excellent providers. I will not be renewing your service in the future, and I will advise everyone not to buy it.

2024-11-28	Bi*****	What a bad app. I purchased my policy on dec last and still I couldn't able to add the policy in this app. Why you are asking all permission in mobile. What you need with giving all permissions like Location, Phone, music, memory, camera and all.
