I really do not understand this app. Maybe I shouldn't have updated it. It's frustrating. The password reset option is rubbish. It keep saying enter password which I did but nothing is working. This is unfair

A very good, convenient and easy to navigate app. I had issues as a first time user. I sent a mail with a screenshot of the error I encountered and within 4 hours it was resolved and I was able to access and navigate the app. Just supply the correct enrollee ID and password, you are good to go. Well done Hygeia.
