Pure Physiotherapy

The Pure Physiotherapy app allows you to access your personalised exercise rehabilitation plan assigned to you by your Pure Physiotherapist.

If you are seeing us as you have experienced neck, back, shoulder, knee or joint pain, or have suffered an injury through sports or accident that has impacted your function or quality of life, our physiotherapists use this app as a key part of your treatment plan.

- Watch your personalised video exercises, set for your bespoke needs tailored to your as an individual
- Ability to download and view your exercises offline if needed
- Track your progress in the app and access in-app reminders to ensure that you complete your personalised plan helping you to get back to doing what you love
- Links to further resources, advice and guides on the Pure Physiotherapy website

Your exercise programme will be assigned to you by your practitioner after your session.
