Terrible app. Looks like this app is becoming obsolete, and I don't know if the replacement app is going to be than this one. I'm a Canadian living in the States, but do have a Canadian Credit Card. I would suggest for Canadians or Americans that just have American Credit Cards, the app should support American Credit Cards as well. Just like your gas fuel pumps. I entered my Canadian Credit Card into the app and now I get a "Probably a bad internet connection" and that's it. App is a dud

Dreadful first experience for my better half who called with battery down to 1%, I found that PC was the closest. Got the app and account setup with payment card, etc. Plugged in, tried to start the charger from the app, says it's started charging... boom, charging stops. Tried that a few times but no joy. Moved to the next station and same thing happens. Saw multiple $50 charges and credits on the payment card so it can't be a payment issue. Gave up, moved on...
