Scammers. If you make a mistake THEY WILL NOT REFUND. Happens oftentimes when I'm in the correct spot at the correct time and app says I cannot pay parking, press "i" for more info - when it just confirms that I am in the right place at the right time but cannot pay. Spot L731, 9:16am (june) Sign says no parking 7-9 and 16-18.
