2024-09-29	Fi*****	Unfortunately, the app is not fantastic. I was promised months ago that an update to the app would fix it, sadly it doesn't appear to have improved my experience. I had a few clients go elsewhere too, due to major glitches on the app. It's sad, because the majority of pet sitters I've met are lovely, and do an amazing job, they deserve 5 stars. I look forward to improving my rating for the app when the glitches are fixed and I am able to more easily contact the company when there is a problem.

There are not enough characters on here to explain how horrible the app is and how hard it is to get payment from them once you have completed a job. I strongly urge anyone considering to be a sitter to check all reviews on here and on product review. And before you do your standard reply to me for leaving a less than flattering review, we have been over everything and no resolution.

2023-07-30	Ro*****	This app is not used friendly when starting out and all ppl applying for my job cancelled just before meeting with short notice or no reason. Just stopped responding. I am not having a good experience from here and have been unable to find anywhere to contact admin to discuss!!! If things improve I will amend review but until then... a BUG THUMBS DOWN!° 👎👎

2023-02-02	Al*****	Having trouble with the Petcloud app. I was using it minites ago with a new client and I can't upgrade until the main screen changes. There is no update available yet on Google Play Store app. Sorry. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it. Maybe I will just contact the Petcloud team for help.

2022-03-14	Ma*****	She responded very quickly and accepted our last minute booking. She was friendly and taught Lolly how to use a harness and walk on a lead for the first time, and she took lots of photos. Lolly had lots of fun on her first walk and we could tell she was comfortable walking with Maddy. This is our first time using petcloud and we would definitely recommend Maddy and book her again!
