Pretty poorly put together app. Emailed support more than 2 weeks ago and still no reply. So many other fee free apps that are much better than PetCloud

Unfortunately, the app is not fantastic. I was promised months ago that an update to the app would fix it, sadly it doesn't appear to have improved my experience. I had a few clients go elsewhere too, due to major glitches on the app. It's sad, because the majority of pet sitters I've met are lovely, and do an amazing job, they deserve 5 stars. I look forward to improving my rating for the app when the glitches are fixed and I am able to more easily contact the company when there is a problem.
