Used the app successfully several times. Went to pay using the app and was logged out somehow. I couldn't log in and had a brief apointment to attend. I tried over a dozen times to log in while at the appointment, and came back to a parking ticket. I appealed but was unsuccessful. Despite my best attempts to pay, it just wouldn't work. Eventually over an hour later, I got to log in with password. Unreliable. Disappointing.
