Very poor.Most of the time it's N/A.You then have to uninstall the app and start over again, also not impressed that they take one euro from you when you top up.

Sent a handful of emails months back as app wouldn't install even though my phone met the app spec. As well, there is a charge for payments? As well, despite having brand new ticket machines in town the last few months, like most I assumed it was to facilitate card payments as who has coins on them in 2022. But no, even tho the black machines have a slot which can facilitate such, Co. Co. opted not to implement it (cost?) What a whole load of faff. Hopefully they implement card payments soon.
