Terrible UX. The app is designed to force you to top-up with a minimum amount that's more than a day's parking. This is not customer-friendly, it's in the interest of the company as it improves their cash flow. If you decide to use the once-off payment on the app, even while logged in to your account, the payment will not be displayed in the app and you won't be sent any notifications as to the status of your parking unless you explicitly ask or pay a fee - email should be a required field.

Kinda frustrating. It's annoying to set up payments and also takes too long to confirm payments. It's much quicker just to use the pay and display. Might be handy if you live in mayo though.
