Reviewers largely acknowledge PagerDuty Android provides timely incident alerts and can replace OpsGenie with strong alert control, including multi-channel notifications. However, recurring issues include unreliable or intrusive notifications, broken acknowledge flows, frequent crashes and security warnings, device compatibility/root warnings, and a bloated, non-intuitive UI with friction in sign-in and setup. Performance and reliability improvements are repeatedly called for.
