2025-01-22	La*****	I despise this app and having to use this system at all. It's constantly a mess. Going and finding packages is a whole ordeal rather than a quick task. Things are often not where they're supposed to be, so you end up having to search the whole room. The app constantly logs me out and tells me my password is wrong when I know it's not. It's slow to respond when I do get logged in. The idea here is great. The execution, not so much. It really needs some work.

2025-01-22	Sa*****	Almost never works! My app is up to date, but it never alerts me of packages (thankfully I see the email notification). It won't save vacation settings, and if I can't access my package information, what is the point really. Super frustrating.

2024-12-07	Ga*****	Just got Hello Package a few weeks ago. So far, I've had 3 missing packages, and packages are nearly always misplaced. Even when packages aren't missing, they are misplaced randomly, so I need to spend forever scanning all the shelves. Hello Package is immediate, less secure downgrade.

2024-12-01	Ja*****	Sometimes it works great, more often, it wastes your time and misplaces your packages. It's hard to say whether or not this is a failure of the system itself, or failure of delivery personnel to play it's game. Either way, it's a failure of the hello package concept, as currently executed.

2024-11-18	La*****	We have to pay for this service at my apartment community and it's a complete joke. The package system is down half the time or couriers don't scan in packages, so then you can't access the package room in either instance. I have delivery instructions stating to leave all packages at my front door to avoid these issues but the drivers don't care. Customer service is also terrible. This is what you get with these modern day "conveniences", i.e. you're nickled and dimed for others' carelessness.
