About 6 months ago I got notifications but I get no no more notifications from this package concierge it's useless now should I delete it

The door to the place is not secured, or locked, packages on the floor. No matter the size of the box or it it will fit in mailbox it's put in this room. I am not one to leave my credit card info open with a company so I have to enter it and clear it every freaking time I get a delivery. Today tried to get to my packages, had to enter credit card info, it now won't take the exact credit card I have used each time. So my package sits in a box I can't access until the apartment complex opens
