2024-01-17	*****	The door to the place is not secured, or locked, packages on the floor. No matter the size of the box or it it will fit in mailbox it's put in this room. I am not one to leave my credit card info open with a company so I have to enter it and clear it every freaking time I get a delivery. Today tried to get to my packages, had to enter credit card info, it now won't take the exact credit card I have used each time. So my package sits in a box I can't access until the apartment complex opens

2023-12-05	Da*****	It takes weeks to finally get my front office to correct a code when the logistics company doesn't scan it in correctly. They hate this syestem so much that it's hard to get a package that isn't destroyed thrown into a pile in the mailroom door. That is if you're lucky that they don't decide to hide it like an Easter egg in the middle of no where as revenge for your apartment using this system or just call you to wake you up at midnight to complain.

2022-09-12	Tz*****	Autopay design is buggy. It will deduct twice when you resetting the auto pay. System had deduct in 9/1, I edit my autopay feature on 9/5 then this system deduct my money again on 9/6.

2022-02-23	Ad*****	After moving from a building with luxer- this app is a step back in nearly every single way. No way to see a photo of the label of your package, and the app is overall unpleasant to use.

2021-11-10	Fe*****	I had an issue retrieving my package and the one time I needed to have the door reopen on the locker, it stated that package is not there. I reached out to this company and as expected, pass the buck occur. Now, I have to wait until the leasing office open in order to get the package. What a waste of my time.

2021-03-31	Pe*****	Great when it works. I ordered a package a few weeks ago, amazon said it was delivered and I just never heard anything from concierge. A week ago, two weeks after it was delivered, and I forgot about it package concierge said it was waiting for me. Now I'm in that situation again. I've emailed customer support but have not received an answer. Maybe they'll answer in two weeks when the problem solves itself or I forget about it. Never thought I'd have to pay for late mail
