I despise this app and having to use this system at all. It's constantly a mess. Going and finding packages is a whole ordeal rather than a quick task. Things are often not where they're supposed to be, so you end up having to search the whole room. The app constantly logs me out and tells me my password is wrong when I know it's not. It's slow to respond when I do get logged in. The idea here is great. The execution, not so much. It really needs some work.

Almost never works! My app is up to date, but it never alerts me of packages (thankfully I see the email notification). It won't save vacation settings, and if I can't access my package information, what is the point really. Super frustrating.
