1. Secure Login & Multi-Company Access
Users can log in with their Business Central credentials validated against the Mobile User table. When multi-company mode is enabled, users can easily select and set their default company before proceeding.
2. Unified Main Menu Dashboard
The intuitive home screen provides quick access to key warehouse functions — Receiving, Shipment, Posted Receiving, Posted Shipment, Item Check, QR Scan, Transfer Orders, Item Journal, Stock Take, and Item List — all represented by clear, responsive icons for faster navigation.
3. Receiving & Purchase Management
View and process Released Purchase Orders filtered by vendor, status, or location. Access detailed information including vendor name, order date, and quantities. Users can update received quantities, validate data, and post receipts directly to Business Central.
4. Shipment & Sales Fulfillment
Access Released Sales Orders with full customer and order details. Update shipped quantities, manage partial deliveries, and post shipments instantly — automatically reflecting updates in Business Central’s Sales Shipment records.
5. Posted Transactions Tracking
Quickly review Posted Purchase Receipts and Posted Sales Shipments filtered by warehouse or location. Each record includes detailed document numbers, vendor or customer names, and quantity information for easy verification.
6. Item Check & QR Code Scanning
Search for items by Item Code or Description, or scan QR codes for instant access. View comprehensive item details such as available quantities, UOMs, and lot attributes.
7. Transfer Orders Management
Create, edit, release, and delete Transfer Orders directly from the app. Users can add or update items, specify quantities and UOMs, and track transfer status in real time through Business Central integration.
8. Item Journal Operations
Manage Item Journal entries seamlessly — add, edit, delete, and post journal lines with validation for tracking attributes like lot and serial numbers. Multi-actions such as refresh, home navigation, and screen close are available for efficient workflows.
9. Stock Take & Physical Inventory
Perform real-time Stock Take operations with batch and line-level management. Filter by Item Code or Description, update counted quantities, and post data directly to Business Central for accurate inventory reconciliation.
10. Comprehensive Item List
Access a complete list of all items with advanced filtering by Item No. or Description. Each entry displays quantities, UOMs, lot information, and expiration details pulled directly from Business Central.
