User Reviews

Users praise Quo for easy setup, solid business features (including AI call handling and call summaries) and affordable pricing, making it a strong option for small teams wanting a professional line. However, many reports cite chronic Android instability: laggy performance, calls/messages sometimes failing or duplicating, and frequent crashes or app not opening. Customer support is frequently criticized as unhelpful or slow, with billing frustrations around per-user pricing, cancellations, and service interruptions. Some users also report issues with text messaging (outgoing texts) and porting numbers. Overall, when it works, it's praised; reliability and support are major sticking points.
Pros
  • Easy setup and onboarding
  • Rich business features including AI call handling and call summaries
  • Affordable pricing for small teams to have a professional business line
  • Useful for not missing calls and managing call/messaging intake
  • Overall strong platform quality when the app is functioning
Cons
  • Chronic Android performance issues: lag, delayed calls, and messages failing or duplicating
  • Frequent crashes or the app not opening, requiring reinstalls
  • Horrible or slow customer support, with complaints about tone and cancellations
  • Billing and pricing frustrations: per-user charges, plan limitations, and service interruptions
  • Text messaging problems and number porting issues (outgoing texts not working)

MMS outage and other service interruptions. Support has no sense of urgency. They just tell me to subscribe for updates on the issue. I followed up multiple times and not even a response.

Quo may be fine for business use, but is utterly unsuited to personal use. I told them that we were a retired couple moving overseas and wanted to stay in touch via phone and text, and get 2FA codes, and they assured me Quo would work for us. But we can't have separate contact lists, can't send texts, and can't receive phone calls (we can make calls to the US, so there's that). And as non-business users, we're not entitled to live support.

even though all notifications are off and the app has no permissions on my phone, it is still routing phone calls to my car and smartwatch via Bluetooth. (yes, my "nearby devices" permissions is off!) Is there any way to turn this off?
