2026-07-13	Ma*****	Great! when it works... it's been nearly a week since this app was very usable for me. I'm an Android user, or business runs all of our calls through this. I love the features when it works, but I can't answer or place a call through this all day. had similar troubles on other days that a restart of my phone fixed... but even that's not working now.

2026-07-11	Cr*****	I am surprised by the high rating this service has gotten, maybe it's been a bad 4 months for the business but it has been nothing but problem after problem with quo. Texting has gone down multiple times. Phone call quality has been spotty. Now for the last 2 weeks you receive and error message when trying to make calls. At this point quo has been a negative on my business. I will be looking for another service.

There are constant bugs that impact call quality and over half the calls we receive I don't get notified about on the app or on the browser version- they just suddenly show up as a missed call and we lose customera. The terms are constantly changing. The support team, while helpful, take at least 3-4 days to get back about issues and even longer to actually provide support. The only pro is how many other apps we can integrate and automate using Zapier.

2026-07-05	Jo*****	we ported the phone from this app a week and a half ago, then quo imported the phone back to themselves while acting like nothing ever happened, asking us: "when would you like the port to happen?" They used to be go phone before and they had done great, now that they rebranded, it's all gone downhill from there. please look elsewhere
