NOXFORGE: Gym & Food Tracker

NOXFORGE is a gym log and a food diary in one app, built to be fast in the middle of a set and honest about your data. It is free, has no ads and no analytics.

TRAIN
• Log sets in a tap: last time's weights are pre-filled, a rest timer runs on the lock screen, and PRs are flagged the moment you hit them.
• Plans and programs: build routines, run multi-week programs with deload weeks, or start from a template.
• Supersets, warm-up ramps, EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata and circuits.
• Over 1,300 exercises with animations, muscle maps and alternatives.
• Voice logging: say "80 for 8" and the set is written down.
• Music without leaving the workout: see what's playing and skip a track from the set screen (Android).

FUEL
• Food diary with barcode scanning, a food database, your own recipes and "log my usual breakfast".
• Moroccan dishes built in: harira, msemen, tagines, couscous, amlou and more, searchable in French, Darija or Arabic.
• Daily calories and macros with targets that adapt to your progress.
• A weekly meal plan that writes the grocery list for you.
• Optional: scan a meal photo with your own AI key.

RAMADAN MODE
• Suhoor and iftar times for your city (Morocco's official timetable, and the usual methods elsewhere).
• Reminders before dawn, at iftar and for water through the night.
• Meals named after the fast, and training windows that fit the day.

PROGRESS
• Charts for strength, volume, body weight and measurements.
• Progress photos with a side-by-side slider.
• Records wall, weekly trends, sets per muscle.
• Health Connect: bring in steps, calories, heart rate and sleep from your watch.

TOGETHER (optional)
• Follow people who train like you and add their routines or meals to your own plan in one tap.
• Challenges with leaderboards, groups, polls and direct messages.
• Optionally show what you're training to, so the people following you can hear it too.
• Notifications for messages, likes, comments, follows and challenges — switch each one on or off.
• Share a workout, your progress, a food day or a recipe to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and more.
• Report, block and mute on everything; community guidelines you accept before joining.

YOUR DATA
• Sign in with a passkey or your Google account. No password to leak.
• Export everything as JSON or CSV at any time.
• Delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings.
• Works offline and syncs when you are back.

AI COACH (optional)
Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Groq key and the coach can review your week, suggest changes you approve, and answer questions about your training. Your key, your provider, your terms.
