Upon selecting date of purchase app crashes and everything resets. I've tried to repeat the process 3 times. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled.

2023-07-02	Ra*****	Just had a tankless water heater installed that included the wifi. I installed the app, but can't even open. It because it keeps crashing. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied. Edit 7/1/23: called the help desk on 6/20/23 and the person opened a ticket with the app people to resolve.. she said she'd email me the next day, but didn't.

2022-12-09	Se*****	I bought the $180 connect unit to be able to turn recirculation pump on/off, as it is SO loud at night. I am disappointed that this function is not included in the app. I am sure it is a very easy function for the developer to add. The customer service recommended to use the commercial controller RC-9018M to set recirculation schedule instead, not from the connect app. After their recent update, the app no longer works on my cell phone. It is keeping on crashing.

2022-09-22	Su*****	Almost useless app, and Noritz support doesn't understand it. At installation, app does not tell you to turn off cell data on your phone or the wifi unit might not connect. Want to add the last flush date? You can't even though there is a field displaying that. Need to know the IP address or MAC address? Nowhere to be found in the app. In short, all this basically does is tell you the unit is on, if there is an error code, and allows for temperature change. A waste of money.

Stats are somewhat there but you can't click on them for historical data. Missing firmware updates option. Can't update descalling installed August 2022 and last descalling shows 2017/01/01. After all that effort, the app basically has two functions: 1) set the temp, and 2) turn the unit on/off. Hardly worth the frustration. The status function seems to be a fail. Was looking for recirc switch, scheduling, and so much more. Don't bother.

2021-05-22	Jo*****	Will not connect. Instructions say Unit light on for AP connect. AP is only available with Unit light blinking. Then while connected, app wifi connect page will not advance past page 3. Neither button works. Heater is good but the App, is krap.
