Update: App funktioniert im Moment wieder (nach 3-4 Tagen Downtime), aber sie verlangte regelmässig, dass ich meine Anlage neu hinzufüge, Gateway verschwand, etc. - und Support gibts nur via Email, im Jahr 2024 und im Premium-Bereich unhaltbar. Ich werde den Eindruck nicht los, dass es an Kompetenz und/oder Kapazität mangelt.

Often does not work - cannot connect to the heating system The support is difficult to access and is not available 24h/24h and at the end it is mit known what was the issue. When you need to trigger heating from remote it is necessary to rely on it. I wish more active communication when something is changing ( e.g.. now it is days after an app uodate it says that there are maintenance works ongoing...i think this is not acceptable) and offering the helpline that can solve in case of problems.
