The COAST app will allow you to report daily on your sleep habits, communicate with your sleep healthcare provider, as needed, report your symptoms and progress, and receive personalized instructions from your provider.

All recommendations you can receive via the COAST app from your provider are based on scientifically proven techniques that improve sleep quality through behavior change.

Your COAST app will adapt according to your provider's decisions regarding your sleep care, including the appropriate duration of the program for you.
