Sleep Diary
Sonoa supports you in documenting your sleep and reminds you of your sleep times. Based on your sleep behaviour, Sonoa derives recommendations for you. You can export and send the diaries and charts as PDFs at any time.

Scientifically Based Sleep Training
Sonoa provides weekly feedback on the quality of your sleep and works with you to develop strategies to continuously improve your sleep.

Medications
Sonoa provides weekly feedback on medication adherence and works with you to develop strategies for taking your medications more regularly.
