At National Grid Electricity Distribution, we provide power to 8million homes and businesses across the Midlands, South West and South Wales. Our Customer Support App enables customers to report power cuts and access additional support.

With this app you can:
- Use our Power Cut Alarm feature to notify you in the event of a power cut. Simply connect your device to its charger, open the alarm feature in the app and set the device to sleep whilst leaving the app open on the screen. If your device stops receiving power, an alarm will sound.

- Join our Priority Services Register (PSR) which enables us to support any customers that require additional support in the event of a power cut.

- Send power cut reports directly to National Grid Electricity Distribution.
