2026-07-22	A *****	Cannot read Comic Books CBR, CBZ, PDF etc. Fails to detect new e-books automatically. Have to manually SCAN after every addition of e-book file. Worst is that the bookmarks are not stored with the e-book file! So, on case your phone/device is inoperable/damaged, one is TOTALLY LOST about which books were read already or which remain to be read. Critical with a large collection of e-books. Clumsy, confusing interface. Positive thing is it's small footprint,useful when less storage on older phones

2026-06-14	Yu*****	A great app for reading doc and many other text files since good old wm5. I've got so lazy and TTS-addicted, so the reading itself became an option. Wm is dead, Alreader is alive. Thanx Alan! Слава Україні!

The best book reader for me since 2007
2026-05-06	Ri*****	I've been using this app for all of my books (1500+ currently on this phone) since my first android in 2013. It's been my most used app on every phone to this day. If you read books, this is the best reader. When I need to get through a transcript quickly I use the auto-scroll. It's actually sped up my reading dramatically. I click up the speed when it feels slow maybe every other month. I'm 65 and reading (& understanding) faster than I ever have. Thank you for your work. It's made a difference
