2025-02-02	Ro*****	I have a main Account with you all cards bought why I am out so I can trash them and add funds left to my main account mind you all through net spend which I'll buy a couple so not lot money on cards with my local bank card I buy to cover online stuff and bills then go transfer funds when I have figured in some other stuff. I do this way so Everytime I buy on line or pay bills never same card then transfer in my Main account that I have with you all which linking doesnt work

2025-01-29	Mi*****	The way some phone clerk just hung up on me us beyond unreal I really need help I have money on my card and it's giving me an error message that you all need some documents I don't know why they hung up in my face but I don't appreciate it after being on hold for 20 minutes

2025-01-27	Ja*****	Too many malfunctions, everytime I try to login it says that my information is incorrect so when I switched my password for the 15th time and everything was clear it still told me that it was incorrect NetSpend is a waste of time

2025-01-09	Vi*****	I don't know what is going on with this app but it keeps crashing on me EVERY time I enter my password or use my biometric to login. No matter what I do I can't log in to any NETSPEND app no matter how I try or online. Even though I have a damn account . Not cool

2025-01-07	Ra*****	This app is not where it's at . It constantly tells you your credentials are wrong , you can never log in. Why would anyone trust something that's worthless. Please choose another banking app this one doesn't work properly for many years.
