Through the app, you can remotely start, pause, or stop your robot vacuum from anywhere, receive cleaning status notifications, and schedule regular cleaning routines tailored to your lifestyle.

Additional features include access to detailed cleaning summaries, mode selection between Eco or Turbo, and the ability to set Virtual No-Go Zones to keep your vacuum away from specific areas. Note that the app supports only Wi-Fi networks on the 2.4GHz band and is compatible exclusively with Neato D8, D9, and D10 models. The software engineers for this company leave a lot to be desired. Fix the connection issue- I have to use an older version of android to connect to the vacuum. Also, it must've updated, now it won't recognize the vacuum. Finally, had to clear cache and data just to get it to connect. Now all my cleaning and zone maps are gone. Ridiculous!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The app itself sucks. The user interface is garbage. If you get one you have to make sure that if your on Android 13 that you can set it up with that? I got one and had to get a totally different device to set it up. And even that didn't work, so I had to plug the thing into the computer and do a manual update. Only then could I use my phone to set it up. Creating any no-go zones is an absolute disaster. The mapping is laughable. I could go on for hours with issues.
