Great map tool to control Narwal. Love the addition of saving multiple saved plans, multiple time settings, even reminders of those separately. Also a huge fan of the wetness controls. The ability the edit the default setting was a huge time saver. Love this robot!

Great hardware. Absolutely hobbled by a garbage app interface. Where do I start. Mapping sucks. Can't hardly divide map up into usable rooms. The cleaning record is time stamped with the time in China! No way to change the timezone. Not enough room labels. Nearly all my rooms are labeled "other1", "other2", etc. I guess, "dining room" was outside their imagination. Too much to list. Worst of all, THEY'VE ABANDON THIS APP! New robot comes with new app. So don't expect it to get any better. Ever!!
