I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I get to a certain point, and it won't connect to WiFi. I've this problem time and again with my D3 bot. The difference is getting a hold of customer service. I used to be able to call up on the phone, and they would troubleshoot and alleviate the problem. Now, getting a hold of custom service is a chore that takes multiple days. Neato, you've a great vacuum bot, but you're app, to run the bot, SUCKS.

I guess Neato doesn't care that people are stuck with $500 paperweights. My D7 will no longer connect to the app. It always shows offline. I tried deleting the D7 from my account and adding a new vac but that was a mistake. The app is so broken, you can't even add a new vac to it. When you select the vac type, connect to the vacs access point, it doesn't show a list of wifi networks. I manually type in the SSID and password and on the next page it will not allow me to name it and complete setup.
