2024-12-09	Ea*****	I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I get to a certain point, and it won't connect to WiFi. I've this problem time and again with my D3 bot. The difference is getting a hold of customer service. I used to be able to call up on the phone, and they would troubleshoot and alleviate the problem. Now, getting a hold of custom service is a chore that takes multiple days. Neato, you've a great vacuum bot, but you're app, to run the bot, SUCKS.

2024-11-16	Ma*****	I guess Neato doesn't care that people are stuck with $500 paperweights. My D7 will no longer connect to the app. It always shows offline. I tried deleting the D7 from my account and adding a new vac but that was a mistake. The app is so broken, you can't even add a new vac to it. When you select the vac type, connect to the vacs access point, it doesn't show a list of wifi networks. I manually type in the SSID and password and on the next page it will not allow me to name it and complete setup.

2024-11-10	Ti*****	App lost connection to my D6. I've tried everything to add network to the device. Spent 4 months with useless tech support over email. I even sent them Android bug reports which clearly show an error in the app. Support just keeps sending copy paste troubleshooting steps. My vacuum is now a piece of tech waste. Stay away from this despicable company, it's products, it's owners.

2024-09-19	Ar*****	This app and the company are a total joke. May be someone can get the app and machine to actually work as advertised. They haven't updated the app in 2 years. They create a new app that doesn't support their old products and reviews say that app doesn't work either. Fails to recognize the floor plan about 90% of the time: zero changes to device or floor plan.

2024-08-30	sr*****	Botvac connected - soo erratic - software bug , can't use no more. Worked couple of years. Lately it's movement is soo erratic and can't serve my vacuum needs. How long will it take to update software but in App. I'm seeing the same for the past year or so. It's just lieing at the corner. 08/30 : since App can't open anymore ( I'm on latest Android ph ) it's so hard to tell what's wrong with robot ad ots prompting with error. So these robots are pretty mich useless as you need to fix error.

2024-08-11	fr*****	No one at Neato life support will care, but: whatever you did or didn't do to the app absolutely sucks (pun intended). Robot no longer connects to WiFi. Had to add it like new. BUT I got stuck on the naming screen. It simply won't advance from there and it is completely useless. Sad end for a great machine. I'm buying the far superior Shark brand.

2024-07-20	Ze*****	This product has been a mess of poor support since basically 6 months after purchase. It's often unable to recognize the same room maps, drops WI.Fi, loses saved maps, and no-gos, impossible to find parts, hard to find documentation. Now the app itself just refuses to reconect after a reinstall. These guys are smart from an engineering standpoint but fail miserably in execution. iRobot is inferior, but succeeds in assuring a customer they will be around and that's all that actually matters :/

2023-10-16	sh*****	Ive tried to set up a floor plan several times w/no success. I can see one on the scheduled cleaning but I cant edit that one. So "no go" lines & areas cant be added & this is a MUST HAVE feature for me. It worked before my move & is the whole reason this device was purchased. Customer supports only response verifies this issue but offers absolutely no reassurance it'll ever even work again. Doesn't make sense to me. If this is a ploy to force purchasing new equip then I'm switching brands.

For example, 9:45 bot cleans entry way and returns to base. 10:00 bot is supposed to clean kitchen, instead get: Floor Plan Navigation Error. NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN 15 MINUTES! There's not even anyone in that room. Happens WAY too often.

2022-06-14	Th*****	The app is OK I haven't had a huge issue but I sent an email requesting neato to update the app and vacuums. Multiple zone cleaning (to clean only certain rooms not just one zone or the whole floor plan, map navigation error update (if a shoe or a piece of furniture moves or shows up, the vac will not run near base), bug fixes, vac progress, nogo line update, new features in general. Vac is solid, love it! UPDATE: Sent 2 emails, got no response. Please update the app and send out an App update!
