TheraBoost, is a psychotherapy companion mobile app to help individuals and therapists continue the progress of therapy between sessions. TheraBoost bridges the gap between appointments by offering tools and resources that help patients stay on track, maintaining momentum, and supporting therapists in enhancing the continuity of care.

Who We Are:
We are a team of psychologists, led by two founders with 20+ years of experience each. Our clinical team contributes their expertise to the development of the techniques and tools offered through TheraBoost. We created the app to address the challenge of maintaining momentum and continuing therapy progress between sessions. TheraBoost combines clinically recommended tools with a modern digital experience to help patients sustain progress and allow therapists to support that progress seamlessly.

What We Do:
TheraBoost psychotherapy companion app offers key features designed to benefit both patients and therapists.

For patients, the app provides personalized assessment tools, mood trackers, journaling space, and goal reminders. It also offers a curated library of techniques and tools, developed by our clinical team, to provide ongoing support. Additionally, patients can prepare for upcoming sessions by adding notes and reflections, which are ready for the therapist to view during the next appointment.

For therapists, TheraBoost is a free-to-use platform with streamlined scheduling and secure, HIPAA-compliant sharing, without the need for real-time responses. The app also enables therapists to create patient assignments, homework, and ongoing assessments, and provides a referral directory for connecting patients to additional providers.

TheraBoost Subscription:
This submission includes TheraBoost Monthly ($14.99/month) and TheraBoost Annual at a 20% discount($143/year) subscriptions. These allow patients to access the app, connect with therapists, book sessions, and receive assigned techniques. Users can also redeem a provider-issued code or restore purchases as per App Store guidelines. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

The Terms of Service define the responsibilities of both users and providers, including subscription terms, auto-renewal policies, and purchase restoration options.

Why We Do It
We believe therapy doesn't end when the session is over. TheraBoost supports continuous progress and maintains momentum, making psychotherapy support more effective and accessible. By combining traditional therapy with modern tools, we help patients stay engaged and therapists provide consistent, ongoing care.

****IMPORTANT NOTE: This app has different features for patients who use it based on age (child under the age of 11, teen 12-18 and adult 18+) and different features for psychotherapists and organizations who use the app. It is also hipaa-compliant and has parental consent needed based on location for children and teens who need parental consent for utilizing psychotherapy tools (for an example in the state of PA this age is 14 and in the state of NJ this age is 16).
