This company uses UPS and they won't leave the package without a signature, even when I sign the post-it. UPS shows up after their states times so the person I've paid the wait had to leave twice because it was after their stated delivery time. I sent the kit back to Better U and their manager told me their return policy doesn't cover my situation so they are keeping my money. Total scam.
