MyLifeline is your personal emergency response companion. Designed for
individuals, families, and businesses, it puts a powerful panic button
in your pocket and gives you real-time visibility across all your
registered safety devices.


INSTANT PANIC ALERT
Hold the large red button for 2–5 seconds to send an emergency alert.
Your live GPS coordinates are transmitted to your response team
immediately. An audible alarm sounds to deter threats and attract
attention.


LIVE GPS LOCATION TRACKING
After activation, your device streams real-time GPS updates to your
monitoring team — so responders always know exactly where you are and
can track your movement.


TRIGGER WITHOUT UNLOCKING YOUR PHONE
Assign the panic button to your iPhone's Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro /
16+), Back Tap, or Lock Screen shortcut. Trigger an alert silently
without opening the app or unlocking your screen. Apple Watch users can
activate it hands-free via Siri: "Hey Siri, trigger MyLifeline panic."

View all your registered safety devices — wearables and app-based
devices — from a single dashboard. Monitor battery levels, online
status, last heartbeat, and GPS location at a glance. Receive
notifications when a device goes offline or its battery drops below 20%.

ALWAYS CONNECTED
The app sends a position and heartbeat report to your monitoring
platform each time it is opened, keeping your device status current and
ensuring you are never shown as offline.

REQUIREMENTS
MyLifeline requires an active MyLifeline subscription and a registered
device ID. Contact MyLifeline to get set up before using panic and
tracking features.

PRIVACY: Location is only transmitted when a panic alert is triggered
or when the app is opened (heartbeat check-in). All data is sent
securely over HTTPS to the MyLifeline monitoring platform.
