PanicButton SOS - Emergency

PanicButton SOS sends an alert to a user-defined response group in under two seconds, with the exact position and without the phone making a sound. It is designed for the critical interval: the time between an incident and the arrival of help.

▸ HOW IT WORKS

1. Set up the response group: family, work team, field staff or neighbours of the same area.
2. Members join by username, code or QR code, with approval from the group administrator.
3. When the button is pressed, every member receives a priority notification with the sender’s live location.

▸ THREE LEVELS

• SOS. Emergency: the group and the emergency contacts receive the alarm and the live location from the first second.
• Heads-up. Advance notice: the user says what they are about to do and until when; if they do not confirm their status in time, it becomes an emergency.
• I’m OK. A reassurance signal for the group, with no alarm.

▸ FEATURES

• Discreet activation. The device sending the alert neither rings nor vibrates.
• Hardware trigger. Side button, without unlocking the screen or opening the app.
• Real-time location. Sent when the alert is triggered, never before, with map tracking during the event, even with the screen locked.
• Priority delivery. The notification arrives even if the recipient has every other notice muted.
• Wellness checks. Periodic verification with an automatic notice if there is no answer.
• Automatic escalation. Without a status confirmation, the system widens the notification according to the configured policy.
• Emergency contacts. Each one chooses when to be told: from the first second, after the first unanswered check, or as a last resort. They receive the notice without belonging to a group, also via Telegram if they do not have the app.
• Phone book. Each person with their number and how they receive alerts; they can stay in the book without being an emergency contact.
• Medical card. Blood type, allergies, medication and contacts, available during the event.
• Drill mode. Tests the full circuit without generating a real alert.
• Group management. Adding, removing and approving members under the administrator’s control; each group with its area and its members.
• Multilingual coverage. Interface in ten languages and notifications in eighteen, each in the recipient’s language.
• Switching phones. After restoring the Google backup on a new device, the app signs in by itself.

Location is sent only when an alert is triggered. There is no continuous tracking and no history of routes. No data is sold and no advertising is shown. The account and all the information linked to it can be deleted from within the app.
