FSM

FSM is Muamba's fieldwork app for technicians and supervisors. It connects to your company's instance and shows you your assigned tasks, organized by planning stage and status.

With FSM you can:
• View your assigned, accepted, in-progress, and paused tasks, including dates, client, and address.

• Accept or reject a task and start, pause, resume, or complete progress updates, with the option to send your location.

• Confirm the personnel who worked on each progress update.

• Request, return, and confirm the use of materials, including those with serial numbers.

• Upload evidence with photos, videos, or documents.

• Complete the surveys required by the task.

• Review and sign the service report and send it by email.

• Submit service requests and receive responses.

• View your progress history and completed tasks.

To use FSM, you need a Muamba account provided by your company.
