muamba FSM

FSM muamba is an important complement for companies that use muamba, the WASPE ERP for IT integrators, which allows our clients to assign, monitor and view activities in the field.

FSM muamba interacts and exchanges information on the aforementioned activities with the ERP muamba, granting additional control that due to the nature of the business is very difficult to carry out efficiently through manual processes.

This service, which automates a process that is commonly carried out by hand, allows our clients to obtain multiple benefits such as:

Workflow standardization.
Increased productivity.
Visibility of progress.
Excessive paperwork is eliminated.
Faster billing.
Substantial improvement in overtime pay control.
Improved material handling.
Assignment of personnel according to their abilities.
Increase in customer satisfaction.
Historical evidence of the client.

Among the activities that the crew leader of the field teams can carry out, are the following:

Record start, finish and participants in each task
Control installed, returned and damaged materials
Sign documents like service orders
Apply surveys
Receive notices of risks
Capture photos, videos and documents
