Terrible app since the changes half a year ago. What's the point of giving away free tickets if you can redeem them.

they will try to bully you into another fee! buyer beware! I activated my ticket as the train pulled up and I had my ticket scanned right after boarding. then got a warning that my ticket was scanned too soon and they were going to charge me if it happened again! just stick to paper tickets and avoid their nonsense!!
