• Focus for 5 minutes. A visual focus timer shows time shrinking, keeps running in the background, and stopping at five still counts.
• Park it for later. When a stray thought shows up mid-focus, one tap saves it. The timer keeps going.
• See what you did. A finished session shows the minutes you focused, the steps you finished, and the thoughts you parked.
